A graduate of the New York Chiropractic College (now Northeast College of Health Sciences), she trained extensively under leading experts in a wide range of chiropractic techniques, shaping her comprehensive and results-driven approach to care.

With more than two decades of clinical experience, Dr. De Fina has worked in multidisciplinary healthcare settings, integrating complementary therapies to deliver optimal outcomes for her patients. She specializes in a hands-on, deep tissue physiotherapy and chiropractic approach, tailored to each individual’s needs.

Dr. De Fina holds a Fellowship in Pediatrics from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is highly skilled in Activator Methods®, allowing her to provide gentle, precise care for patients of all ages.
