Sreejith gained his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 1999 from Dr. MGR Medical University, India and proceeded with his Masters in Physiotherapy afterwards. He worked 6 years as a lecturer at the University of Calicut, India and at the same time he was the consultant physiotherapist for the Neurology, Cardiology, and Orthopedic departments in various hospitals. Sreejith has extensive experience working with many different kind of injuries including sports injuries, work place injuries and motor vehicle accidents. But his main field of practice is Orthopedics. He has worked in a variety of health care settings ranging from private Physiotherapy clinics, Community Care, Long-term care facilities, Retirement residences and the Convalescent Care Program.
Inayath graduated in Bachelor of physiotherapy from Dr MGR medical university in 2002. Upon completion he worked in various hospitals and clinics in India. . His main interest and work experience is in orthopaedic, sports and motor vehicle accident injuries. He has recently worked with geriatric patients in a clinic addressing age related musculoskeletal ailments. He has also taught orthopaedic physiotherapy in a college in India. He was involved with physiotherapy team taking care of Andrapradesh cricket team (India) and Indian premier league (cricket) players. He has strong foundation in human anatomy, biomechanics and functional rehabilitation which he applies for his patients. He has completed certificate course in mulligan concept manual therapy. He believes in pain relief, exercise prescription, injury prevention and health promotion achieve the goals for the patient.
Surabhi takes keen interest in private practice and has focussed her practice in that niche. She has experience working with orthopedic conditions like sports injuries, post-fracture and post-surgical rehabilitation, geriatrics, motor vehicle accident related injuries and work-related injuries.
Out of interest in Women’s health, she underwent training in treating urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. She also took courses with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and has attained the CAFCI title, which enables her to administer acupuncture treatment to her patients. Acupuncture treatment produced such good results that she decided to take the next step, and now also practices dry needling.
Surabhi believes in incorporating a combination of education, active exercises, passive manual techniques and other modalities to enable patients to reach their goals. She believes that the treatment process is a partnership between the patient and the therapist and enjoys working with each patient to reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Surabhi enjoys reading, going on nature walks and travelling the world.

Dr. Arezou Mohajeri
Dr. Arezou Mohajeri graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2016 . She did her undergraduate study in kinesiology program and graduated with honours degree from York University.
Dr. Arezou is a certified acupuncture provider from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also has certification in Facial Movement Taping from Rocktape Canada.
She is working as a intake assistant with a Third Party Medical Examination Center assisting the attending physicians.She also worked as a Work Capacity Liaison in North York General Hospital Assessment and Wellness Center assisting the attending physicians with the assessments, which provided recommendations to the WSIB and the worker’s primary treating health professional to assist them in planning return to work (RTW) and appropriate health care interventions to support a worker’s recovery and sustainable RTW.
Dr. Arezou has been working with a diverse patient population, from those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions to those with acute injuries (motor vehicle accidents and WSIB), from pregnant women to seniors with different conditions. Her approach to treatment includes a combination of manual therapies such as myofascial release techniques, joint mobilizations and manipulations, and active exercises in order to achieve the best outcome for her patients.

Simon initially received his education from the University of Manitoba Athletic Therapy program and became a Certified Athlete Therapist in 2012. He then moved to Ontario and obtained his license of Registered Massage Therapist at the Ontario College of Health and Technology.
Simon has extensive experience with patients from all walks of life, ranging from the general public to industrial athletes, weekend warriors to high performance athletes. His treatment protocol emphasizes on postural correction, functional movement pattern, joint mobility and soft tissue flexibility. Simon utilizes various manual techniques which includes joint mobilization, soft tissue release and activation, myofascial stretching, sport and relaxation massage, etc. He also provides athletic taping and exercise prescriptions for injury prevention.
Peng (Frank) Wang

Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Frank gained his Bachelor’s in TCM in 1986 from Gansu University of Chinese Medicine, China and since then he has been providing TCM services. After completing his Masters degree in TCM in Lanzhou University School of Medicine in 1993, he practiced acupuncture and herbal medicine in a hospital in China. When he came to Canada, he got certified as a RMT (Registered Massage Therapist), RTCMP (Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner) and RAc(Registered Acupuncture Therapist). He has extensive clinical experience treating various pains and diseases with acupuncture, herbs, and massage. He advocates natural, safe, and effective treatments. He thinks combining traditional medicine with modern medicine and combining oriental medicine with western medicine can bring the greatest benefit to patients.
